Simone holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management of Adult Care, as well as a Diploma in Business Management and Leadership. Jade holds a Diploma in Management and Leadership of Adult Care and a Diploma in Health and Social Care. Together, our qualifications are backed by years of hands-on experience and an unwavering passion for improving the lives of those we care for. We are deeply committed to continuous learning and development, ensuring that we evolve alongside the needs of the individuals we support, helping them feel valued, respected, and empowered every step of the way.
